Clay Claussen
Clay Claussen, CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), REALTOR has been in real estate for six years, receiving recognition from RE/MAX for outstanding sales and service. Clay is the Realtor of Record for Marriott in the area. Prior to real estate, Clay served as the founding Director of the Rockwell Employees Recreation Center in Cedar Rapids, providing fitness and wellness services to Rockwell Collins. Clay has also served as a fitness/wellness management consultant for Quaker Oats, John Deere, Amana, Dell JCC, Trilogy Software, Benefits Design Inc. and Ertl Toy Company. He has served on the Regina Education Center School Board, the Board of Directors of Iowa City Girls Softball and was a member of his Parish Council. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, a Lifetime Member of the University of Iowa Alumni Association, an I-Club member and a Golden Hawk.
Heather Claussen Erwin
Heather Claussen Erwin, J.D., REALTOR has been in real estate for three years. Heather is the Realtor of Record for Synergy Relocation Company. She is a law graduate of the University of Iowa and a member of the Iowa City Press-Citizen Writers' Group. Prior to real estate, Heather was a Senior Contracts Administrator at Pearson Government Solutions in Coralville and was Assistant to the Director of the Hubbard Summer Law Program at the University of Iowa. She also worked toward a Death Penalty Moratorium for the ACLU, Stand Down Texas and Texas Impact in Austin, Texas. Heather is well-traveled and has lived and studied in South Africa, Ireland, New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Texas prior to making Iowa City her permanent residence.
